Currently working as a consultant for Ventricle Software Systems in Torrance, CA, has allowed me to explore InfoPath Forms Services in addition to the skills already gained in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. Having worked for HealthCare Partners Medical Group, the largest medical group in southern California, for 7 years garnered me the opportunity to work with Microsoft’s SharePoint Products and Technologies since 2001.
I have been developing web applications since 1996 and in 2001 went “pro” as I made a career change and signed on with a “dot com” company. As it happened, that company closed after a short time and I then transitioned to being a part of the development team at HealthCare Partners. I quickly gathered skills in Web Development and later in .NET technologies including SharePoint Portal Server and SQL Reporting Services. By the end of my tenure, I had risen to senior developer and in addition to leading a team of developers, I made many contributions in the architecture and physical server layout in the organization.
Born in Michigan and having spent time in California, I currently live in Istanbul, Turkey, enjoying the clash of cultures at the point on the earth where East meets West. I am joined by my wonderful wife of 10 plus years, Anna, and two boys, David and Jonathan.
